In addition to being an executive coach, I provide insights into the strategies and cultures required for high-growth companies. During my career, I have had a knack for starting companies and developing new services. Over time, and through trial and tribulation, I have discovered the 4 key strategies required for organic growth and the underlying culture to sustain such growth.
