Marcel holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Maryland and an MA in Organizational Communications from Bowie State University. Before co-founding Millennium Strategic Investments in 2007, he led training at New Pathways Inc. and served as Director of Quality Improvement at Catholic Charities USA. An entrepreneur at heart, he founded Colonial Commercial Cleaning and later acquired The Maids. Marcel bought his first investment property in college and has since completed numerous real estate deals, building a strong portfolio. As Chief Group Executive, he helps investors navigate and profit from the Washington DC real estate market through wholesaling, renovations, and cash-flow opportunities.
